Broccoli germs / sprouts contain significant amounts of sulforaphanes, substances with a strong detoxifying and antioxidative effect. Thus, eating broccoli sprouts enhances the natural protection of the body, and through the enzyme intake it stimulates the liver detoxification processes and thereby helps the body get rid of toxins.
